Hello! I’m a senior at Iowa State University majoring in Human Resources Management, actively seeking HR positions as I prepare to graduate in spring 2025. With hands-on HR experience from internships at CSM Corporation and ONTO Innovation, I’m passionate about improving employee experiences and driving organizational success through strategic HR initiatives.As Vice President of Chapter Operations for Delta Sigma Pi and having held two leadership roles in Delta Gamma, I’ve improved my leadership and collaboration skills. Additionally, my involvement in SHRM is preparing me to take the SHRM-CP certification following graduation.Studying abroad at the University of Sydney has fueled my passion for traveling and experiencing new cultures, making me eager to work for a global company that values diverse perspectives. Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy playing sand volleyball for fun with my DSP Brothers.
