Alternative Energy Systems Consulting (AESC) is an energy engineering practice specializing in the support of utility Incentive programs, technology assessments, demand side audits and the application of smart grid technology to energy transmission and distribution.As Program Manager I work directly with utility customers and the AESC team to ensure programmatic goals are met and exceeded. Retroficiency's cloud-based software scales the delivery of commercial energy efficiency by using data analytics to enable utilities, utility program implementers/administrators, and energy service providers to 1) cost-effectively prioritize commercial building portfolios for energy efficiency, 2) dramatically streamline the onsite commercial energy audit and 3) provide measurement and verification of performed and potential efficiency opportunities.

Associate Director, 2009 - present: Provided leadership and management in a department that peaked at 80+ staff members. Major accomplishments include:• Designed, developed and negotiated proposals for several new program designs; negotiated and won $18.8mm federal contract • Oversaw implementation of grocery, jobs, and HVAC efficiency programs with client and budgetary accountability for over $20mm in revenue • Worked cross-company and in multiple locations to influence culture, best practices, employee engagement and to leverage knowledge, earning executive recognitionSenior Program Manager, 2006-2008: Provided strategic direction, fiscal accountability and management of a $16m, 95.7mm kWh-goal energy efficiency program. Senior Project Manager, 2004-2006:Led a large production team and external vendors on multiple revenue-generating projects. Major accomplishments include:• Initiated and implemented localization projects across the account, targeting two to eight languages per project• Defined and implemented process for managing incentive projects, including sweepstakes, rewards and sell and earns and other promotions• Managed creation of company’s first client-facing administrative tool• Tackled and solved user fraud issuesAccount Manager / Senior Producer, 2002-2004Oversaw client relationships and projects, managed revenue and represented client and team to executive management. Major accomplishments include:• Initiated and brought to production the company’s first localization and software simulation projects, which included both single and double-byte languages• Doubled account revenue, team size, and number of client contacts

Managed all aspects of web-based projects, from proposal writing to project completion; main point of client contact. Major accomplishments included:• Managed projects ranging in size from $10,000-$750,000• Completed several key projects on time and on or under budget• Produced the first iteration of HPInfoLab, which became the basis for Via Training, LLC
