Senior Product Manager
CurrentI manage profitable growth and own go to market strategy for a $500m+ personal lines portfolio in MD, DC, and DE. My goal is to increase sales and improve profitability by using segment level analysis to understand the market and implement actions to drive results. In this role, I implemented a new rating plan with an integrated go to market approach that surpassed expectations in loss ratio, bind rate, and agent engagement with new features. In the current challenging environment, I have implemented actions that significantly reduced loss ratio in my states compared to no change nationally, while navigating difficult regulatory environments with favorable outcomes. In addition to managing my states, I am collaborating with leaders in sales, marketing, and finance to develop an integrated go to market approach for all of the personal lines organization.I also serve on the board for the virtual chapter of Nationwide's Women Empowered associate resource group. I facilitate the creation and delivery of meaningful content supporting the professional development of our chapter's 2k+ members.
