Constructed a survey along side Dr. Hagobian, and collected data that will help us understand the changes in an individuals mental and physical conditions when faced with the stay-at-home mandates for the current COVID-19 pandemic. Effects of state stay-at-home mandates on risk markers related to chronic disease and determine the effects of states in different stages of the process of stay-at-home mandates on weight in adults and by income-status through 12-months. Sending out the survey every three months to the same 1,000 individuals across the United States will generate data displaying how the stay-at-home mandates alters the well-being of the individual.

Presented a positive first impression for the establishment’s, reflecting friendliness, excellent service and teamwork. Organized seating flow and prepared reservation calls and schedules, making sure the restaurant as a unit is prepared for the guests. Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar area, provide accurate restaurant details and wait times to incoming guests.

Working along side the head wine maker and the lead Enologist I was in charge and mastered preparing samples of the designated wine and carried out quality test of the wine such as pH, TA testing, SO2 readings, Brix measurements, Temperature and more. I also was in charge of reading and Interpreting lab data to implement written forms for additions or filtration (sulfur additions). Interacted with customers for product order forms and satisfaction review. Contacted lavatories for certified test results, needed for certain regulations or labeling.
