• Partner with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to fill a wide variety of positions withinEngineering skill sets.• Conduct phone evaluations, in person interviews, and reference checks to qualify candidates foropen positions.• Present candidates to potential employers by sharing credentials on the candidate; selling theirexperience as it relates to the specific position.• Assist in the on-boarding process including paperwork, background checks, employmentverification, and drug screens of new employees.• Maintain an accurate candidate tracking system.• Manage all phases of the recruitment process.• Develop creative recruiting strategies that met anticipated staffing needs.• Building social networks to find qualified candidates.
