- Shadowed multiple District Managers and oversaw 12 different store operations around Greenville, South Carolina- Collaborated with other interns on a project to improve implementation of Store Training Program- Conducted store financial and scheduling audits, analyzed sales reports, and implemented strategies for optimal store performance

Delta Sigma Pi is a professional fraternity organized to foster the study of business in universities; to encourage scholarship, social activity and the association of students for their mutual advancement by research and practice; to promote closer affiliation between the commercial world and students of commerce, and to further a higher standard of commercial ethics and culture and the civic and commercial welfare of the community.

As Director of IT, I recreated our chapter's website in order to create a more current design and attract prospective members. I was also in charge of our chapter's communication platforms, which includes removing and adding members to the email listserve and Groupme.

- Implemented cost-effective SMS Marketing platform, resulting in total savings of $6920 annually- Captured and curated footage for marketing campaigns to expand local brand outreach- Facilitated and designed seasonal slideshow for head of sales department and product distributors

- Welcomed an average of 300 guests a night and escorted them to their tables.- Answered 30+ calls from guests to answer questions and make reservations for parties. - Cleaned and replenished supplies for guests and reset all 80 tables in the restaurant.
