Manage the District's Group Pass Program, increase business relations, and grow the program by 10% in six months. Implement a pilot Group Pass Program at Hamlin Middle School to build the case for State funding to reinstate the Student Transit Pass Program.Performed ground-up outreach in Oakridge, Oregon for improvements to the Diamond Express transit service. Developed an increased service package, built community allies, connected the Diamond Express to Amtrak and Greyhound service, and created an undeniable narrative for additional service between Oakridge and Eugene.Continue to manage the LTD EMS program, facilitating the management system towards ISO 14001 Certification.

Continue to assist, measure, and provide staff outreach and education with internal sustainability efforts and represent LTD as part of a team of key staff at the 2013 Federal Transit Administration's Environmental Management System (EMS) training in Roanoke, Virginia. Upon completion of the FTA EMS training, assist in implementation of EMS practices throughout LTD operations. Manage the Schoolsolutions program development and expansion as a Transportation Options Coordinator at Point2point. Implement the Safe Routes to School Regional Plan in Eugene/Springfield, and coordinate ongoing developments in bicycle/pedestrian planning and safety. Secured three years of grant funding to hire an SRTS Coordinator for the Springfield Public School district.

Assist with internal sustainability efforts to track utility consumption; fulfill the four core principles of the APTA Sustainability Commitment; manage waste stream; and encourage employee and department involvement in reducing, reusing, and recycling.

Develop a master report synthesizing a class of 50 students’ research and designs encouraging connections between bicycle infrastructure in Springfield, Oregon and the local transit network.

Contributed to efforts towards long range transportation plans (STIP, TSP) by developing a community profile, reaching out to local interest groups, and serving as part of the decision-making body with the consulting firm.Prepared for the update of the Bicycle Master Plan by completing an ODOT grant application to achieve the funds to transform 2.6 miles of low-traffic neighborhood streets into an innovative bicycle boulevard for Springfield using GIS analysis, demographic research, feasibility considerations, engineering design, and Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee input.

Assisted in efforts to get more Pittsburghers out of their cars and onto bikes by planning for basic infrastructure upgrades (sharrows, bike racks, signage).

Promoted Riverlife's riverfront transformations at events and helped to create an internal archive of Riverlife's achievements.
