I ensure if there is a change in condition to one of my residents it's reported immediately so the problem can be addressed in a timely manner . I am in charge of handling any emergencies , solving conflict, interacting with families on a daily basis. I am relaying needs for my residents to the nurses if they have medical needs. I deal with the doctors on a weekly basis. I answer the phones , I do care which includes all Activities of Daily Living , I pass Medication when they need help , we transcribe orders on the MAR , and other med cart things to get things finished up. At the end of the shift the Lead has to ensure that all care managers are on and off the clock on time and that there is a smooth crossover . The Lead then has paperwork to completefor the day . The lead works closely with the Assisted Living Coordinator and helps her maintain her paperwork , basically the Assisted living supervisor before we had the title , the ALC taught me a lot about the administrative part so I learned a great deal about the Assisted Living Role . This was a family owned business , I worked this job sometimes while holding two other jobs. Sportsman Supply supplies all the little leagues their pants for football , pads ect. , I would go help fit the boys , as well as baseball . All the little league shirts were done by our screen printing. Sold Brunswick pool tables , real tables . I ran the register , did administrative work in the office , filed inventory , helped the guys install pool tables . Assisted customers

As a sales associate I was in charge of running the register , opening Victoria Secret credit cards and meeting sales goals. Customer Service always came first. I always made sure the customers needs were meet . I also had the opportunity to travel to other Victoria Secrets to help open the stores.

In my care were 15 sweet souls who had Alzheimer or dementia . Some were total care . I would complete all there Activities of Daily Living for them including feeding some of them , I would take some of them for walks or play games to keep them engaged and active .
