Current- Leads the internal and external business development strategy for TNTP’s Instructional Culture Diagnostic tools.
- Leads the legal and financial components of 200+ client contracts and vendor agreements utilizing SalesForce and other internally developed tracking systems to meet sustainability targets and maintain 90% client.
- Generates and pursues new ideas for services, partnerships, and projects, including contributing to/writing proposals for new work in alignment with team and organization strategic priorities.
- Cultivates and manages high demand client relationships with senior district/network leaders on team’s most complex, larger scale projects.
- Facilitates presentations sharing results from diagnostic tools, engaging school and district leaders in the importance of staff, family and student experience and providing a roadmap to strengthen their school culture.
- Oversees a team of 15 individuals across 3 workstreams and responsible for creating structures for collaborative decision-making, annual team and individual goals, and shared norms and values.
