Allison joined Alexander Sloan, Chartered Accountants, in 1999 as a Trainee Chartered Accountant. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 and has progressed within the Firm, with roles post-qualification including Audit Manager, Associate and most recently, being appointed Partner in January 2013. Allison works with a wide variety of businesses across a range of sectors from retail to healthcare, including a number of owner-managed family businesses. Allison also has extensive experience in advising charities, Registered Social Landlords and other not-for-profit organisations, having specialised in these areas for 15 years.In addition to audit, independent examination, accountancy and advisory services, Allison has notable experience in forensic accounting assignments. Allison has a keen interest in the delivery of virtual finance director services to organisations of varying sizes where she can put years of first hand experience to best effect in an advisory capacity to Boards of differing compositions.
