About Allison Du Plessis

Hi I’m Allison, I started studying a double degree in Psychology and Commerce at Edith Cowan University (ECU) in 2022 but realised my passion is to pursuit Nursing and Midwifery. Now I am studying a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) and I am extremely excited for the following 3 years. During my free time I work at The Athletes Foot as a casual and I am also doing disability support work one day of the week. This has taught me multiple skills such as staying calm in stressful situations, how to communicate with children with cognitive disabilities and so much more which I can implement in my work as a nurse one day.
