At MTL I am responsible for leading groups of coworkers to success by creating quality products in a timely manner. I make sure that everything runs smoothly, all while keeping inventory, watching due dates on the schedule, communicating with upper management to schedule trucks for shipments, doing final checks to ensure the quality of the product is up to the standards, all while also doing the physical welding and fabrication processes which includes the ability to read prints and guide coworkers who are struggling with reading prints or the fit up of a project. I also have been instilling new software through the shop called jobBoss which puts me in the position to train how to use the tablets, manage which routings are on the shop floor based on the PO numbers, and create a system that is easily navigable on the shop floor to keep paperwork organized.

At stoughten Trailers I began my professional career as a welder. I went through a week long class on welding and earned my level 1 certification. I quickly advanced and within 4 months earned my level 2 welding certification and pushed myself to learn as many new positions when they were offered to me. I helped my colleagues with progressing there welding skills and helped correct basic welding mistakes.

As a level 1 associate I was responsible for picking products on forklifts or in the mezzanine all while maintaining the proper rates that were required. I also helped with support roles such as unloading and loading empty and full carts onto elevators for the mezzanine. Loading and unloading cages onto forklifts and CPT chasing.

As a gymnastics coach I was in charge of creating lesson plans, evaluating each child and the progression of there skills and sharing with parents, making a fun and safe environment for every child, teaching them the proper way to use each muscle group while working on strengthening and conditioning, and demonstrating proper technique for skills within the sport. I worked with ages from 3-16.
