As the Agency Communications Specialist, I own all internal communications efforts across the agency including the managing and copywriting all agency communications/announcements and content for the agency's intranet, as well as the production of the weekly all agency meeting, which has improved in audio/visual quality for remote viewers. I've also had to opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and capability leads to strategize communication plans surrounding major agency announcements, education, training, and culture events.Regarding external communications, I assist in managing and creating content for the website, blog and social media channels for client, culture and agency related events, which has increased follower growth and engagement as reported in monthly data reports I've worked on in partnership with our data and marketing science team. Additionally, I support and execute public relations opportunities and awards, resulting in 10+ premier industry lists and award wins including Chief Marketer's 200 List, Event Marketer's IT List, Path to Purchase Institute's Who's Who in Shopper Marketing Agencies Report, PRO, Ex, Effie, and Cannes Awards, leading to an increase in brand awareness and prestige.Additional responsibilities include: 1. Serving as a leader for our internal volunteer and community outreach initiative through coordinated events and communications strategy with two additional internal initiatives, Discover_TMA and TMA Women's Initiative.2. Supporting the Recruitment and University Relations team as a coach for the Gateway to Greatness apprentice program and as a key member of the first and second annual Crash Course recruiting programs, which is aimed at educating. 3. Work in partnership with University Relations to host student tours within which I present TMA's story and coordinate panels and case study presentations.

In this role, I assist in the management of all internal and external communications on behalf of the agency. As the Corporate Communications Intern, I had the opportunity to gain in-house experience and inherit an understanding of the hospitality industry while working with several public relations agencies. I was responsible for maintaining the Omni Media Hub, an internal website showcasing brand and property media coverage for Omni associates and executives. Additional responsibilities included: 1. Producing and editing press releases, memos, and announcements 2. Tracking media coverage and coding them into Vocus (Cision) 3. Conducting research and vetting media requests 4. Contributing to brainstorms and strategy planning 5. Supported the Communications team on a variety of internal and external projects and brand initiatives.

As the External Affairs Intern, I supported the External Affairs team with copywriting, creative strategy and PR initiatives. More specifically, I developed and executed Pinterest and Snapchat strategies that resulted in increased brand awareness among influencers in the arts community. Additionally, I contributed to their social media accounts, produced press clippings, and developed media alerts in order to increase awareness of Nasher upcoming exhibits and events. Other responsibilities included conducting research, editing press materials and assisting the External Affairs team on a variety of internal and external projects.

My responsibilities included promoting May Designs paper products to several Texas A&M University Organizations. In addition, I also marketed products and discount codes to student organizations and on social media platforms on a monthly basis.

My responsibilities included analyzing and editing high school and college graduation photos using Photoshop. In addition, I also entered client data and contact information into the Flash Photography database and assisted with assembling complex orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
