Crm Manager
Current• Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing growth strategies across all CRM-owned channels (email, push, SMS)• Manages numerous lower-funnel customer journeys, retargeting and guiding website browsers through trip planning • Collaborates with various teams across the company to keep our emails fresh and relevant, including merchandising teams for implementation of machine learning recommendation models • Oversees transactional emails to support programs across the business, requiring constant attention to ecommerce updates on the website, diligently working with our data teams to implement new datapoints, and customer service teams to ensure our legally required emails are informative yet concise• Responsible for writing all strategy briefs, creative briefs, engineering/operations tickets, as well as reporting presentations • Accountable for weekly and monthly reporting, using Tableau to monitor revenue goals
