Howdy! I am a Junior at Princeton University, studying Politics and International Affairs, with a retained interest in the Middle East. I am pursuing minors in Sustainable Energy Technology & Middle Eastern Studies. Currently, I'm researching in 2 different areas: Asymmetric warfare offsetting great military powers in the Arab States && the politics of tax noncompliance with their avoidance effects on the demand for redistribution. In Summer 2024, I joined Holland & Knight's Corporate Business Law group as their first undergrad intern. I worked closely with their Trade Regulation attorneys, performing risk analysis & due diligence assessments for over 30 technology/cybersecurity M&As. This opportunity was possible due to the wealth of tech M&A knowledge I gained during my internship with Merlin Ventures, a Tel Aviv-based VC firm, Summer 2023. As a business development & junior analyst intern, I assisted in the VC’s Biz-Dev operations and market efforts, conducted extensive research about the Israeli high-tech ecosystem, and analyzed M&A exit data using machine learning software. During my time off, I backpacked along the West Bank, practicing my Arabic by conducting research on the West Bank’s water pollution and desalination systems through major trade terminals. Outside of academics, I sing as a classically trained Mezzo in the world-renowned Princeton Glee Club and the oldest coed a cappella group in the nation, the Princeton Katzenjammers. I'm passionate about youth voices in politics, which is why I lead in the James Madison Program and Center for International Security Studies. I've also enjoyed exploring different avenues through Athletics: entering Princeton as a D1 Rugby athlete, working as an Operations Manager for Varsity Football, and swimming for Princeton Club Swim.
