Provides training and education development for end users of all hospital disciplines. Perform work flow assessment and DCW completion for customized build. Perform comprehensive testing and recommendation of clinical systems in Prod and non-Prod environments. Participate in system upgrade activities which includes review and design of new functionality, testing and training. Subject matter expert to support onsite and ongoing support of facility issues and relation to corporate objectives. Promote and lead change initiative for each site and corporate wide. Effectively transfer knowledge to end users to promote independence with transition to remote support and ticket resolution. Gather data on performance metrics and support and recommend process improvement strategies and report build for improved performance. Able to transition easily between job duties and work tasks demonstrating flexibility and change agility to support multiple software applications. Organize, plan and manage time effectively to complete projects and site readiness for Go Live. Initiate activities to advance knowledge of skills/solutions/applications including build, modifications, and technology. Involved in all phases of education, training, build, test, design and support within all phases, Go Live and ongoing continued hospital support.Responsibilities include providing education to end users for all rehabilitation disciplines and support staff to promote EMR proficiency. Additionally am responsible for providing primary education and support for the PASC position. Also serve as secondary support to all other hospital positions to include physicians, nurses, nurse techs, dietary, respiratory, infection control, wound care, HIMS, human resources, admissions and administration. Additionally, continue to serve as ongoing support for end user adoption and sustainability and serve in the lead role for therapy in our Optimization project. Also, identify system needs and upgrades and assist in building and testing these designs. Additionally, identify hospital leadership areas of strengths and weaknesses as well as process change areas to lead to successful adoption of the EMR. Also assists with Joint Commission Surveys and Specialty Programs. Furthermore, I serve as secondary team coordinator.
