Being a supervisor at Crave offers me a diverse work experience with different challenges every day. I manage 10 to 15 different employees at a time. Also, I complete daily administrative work. I process the deposits for the day, input invoices and complete daily opening and closing paperwork. In addition, I troubleshoot customer complaints and try to provide the best experience possible for them. In addition to my managerial duties I am also in charge of relaying and training fellow employees on upcoming events, promotions and changes to the restaurant. It is my duty to make sure they all have the necessary information they need to complete their jobs to the highest quality level possible. In addition to training, I also provide mentoring to employees. I use an application called Avero to analyze their sales data and inform them on areas they need to work on.

As a trainer at Lucille's Smokehouse I was responsible for informing new employees on the daily operations of the restaurants. I would train them on the different steps of service they needed to hit for each guest. Also, I would teach them about the food and drink offerings at the restaurant. I would then quiz them and complete an evaluation to verify they were properly trained.

Working as a sales associate at OfficeMax provided me with valuable knowledge in customer service. I was trained in the Impress ( printing) department. There, I worked on multiple printing projects at a time. I also, was in charge of designing projects and quoting people on their design ideas.
