About Allison Edwards

I trained as a Rehabilitation Counsellors after moving to Sydney and have worked for CRS and IRS before taking up the opportunity to work as a foundational member in establishing APM in NSW. Having trained a number of consultants in vocational assessments and foundations of case management, I established by own consultancy business which operated for a number of years before taking up two consecutive mat leave positions in an injury management role with large educational organisations.I manage a team of professionals with oversight over a large worker's compensation portfolio and a staff wellbeing program for 10,000+ employees. My passion is developing initiatives and programs to support our staff, reducing the impact of injuries on our employees and recognising the value each person contributes to changing our organisation.
