Provide counseling services to a diverse population and serve as the first point of contact for visitors via managing the front desk. Schedule courses for the Honors Program and assist with undergraduate student registration. Educate more than 500 visitors annually on the program via leading information sessions, tabling events and one-on-one meetings. Read and evaluate 200 applications annually for freshman admission to the Program. Assist with Advising and Orientation and serve as the lead in educating 225-250 incoming freshmen annually on degree requirements. Support student community by facilitating and/or planning student events. Respond to emails and phone calls directed to the Honors Program. Maintain the Honors Program office calendars and provide general office support.

Lead campus tours ranging in size of 1-150 visitors. Guide prospective students in finding the best college fit. Personally led over 300 tours.

Work in a team to oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and management of campus tour guides. Coordinate staffing and aid in registration for more than 37,000 visitors annually.
