Document Control / Security Officer for a confidential, top security transportation project along the Northeast Corridor with the goal of completing an Environmental Impact Statement in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). -Responsible for administering all procedures regarding access to and the handling of all confidential information regarding the project, keeping track of, distributing, and implementing (as necessary) employee training and subsequent non disclosure agreements. I serve as the liaison between our Client and internal project team regarding all confidential information procedures and protocols.-Author various project plans (i.e. Information Management Plan and Information Sharing Plan) related to production, storage and transmission of various project deliverables and the use of our project SharePoint site. Responsible for graphic design and editing of technical memoranda. Manage project schedule and generate subsequent earned value reporting and general progress/activity reports. Track internal deadlines through constant follow up with entire internal team and Project Manager.-Responsible for management of subcontract procurement, budget tracking, security procedural orientation, and invoice management through interaction with accounting staff and various task leaders to ensure all subcontractor invoices are reviewed/acknowledged.-Produce reports through socio-economic data collection, analysis, and tabular representation of project study area findings for purpose of environmental screening exercises and needs analyses.
