Wrote to people and e mailed people for donations for our yearly Lucas Rural Volunteer Fire Department I do this completely on a volunteer basis. I don't get paid and when I e mail people or write them it is at my own expense because I believe in our small town fire deparents. Especially our volunteer departments who put their lives on the line because they care. I have family on our department including my husband and my 18 year old son.
