With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, I bring a wealth of knowledge from my time working in pharmacy, junior and senior admin roles, and since 2012 as a practice manager across various clinics in Ireland.I have an extensive background, coupled with a strong network of contacts in practices and surgeries, showcases my advanced skill in understanding the needs of both candidates and practices. A unique perspective as a practice manager, adds a personal touch to recruitment, making sure everything runs smoothly, from ensuring locums have the necessary software on day one to providing ongoing support for international doctors settling into the country and their new roles. I’ve spent a lifetime in healthcare, so I know exactly what both candidates and clinics need. I’m really excited to be part of a team that’s run by a doctor—it makes all the difference in understanding what works in the real world.On a more personal note, outside of work, I enjoy live rock music, rugby and stay fit with spin cycling three times a week.
