This was a part time role where I was responsible for producing, marketing and delivering online training sessions for our JCurve ERP and NetSuite customers with an emphasis on practical/user friendly content and customer satisfaction.

This was a part time role that I returned to after being on parental leave. Here I was responsible for reviewing, streamlining, developing, and documenting processes across the business. This included working with various departments to ensure the processes we adopted not only met business objectives, but also improved the staff/user and customer experience.

In this role I was responsible for managing service delivery to JCurve ERP customers with the dual objectives of achieving planned revenue and margin contribution and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This was a leadership role where I was responsible for ensuring cost effective utilisation of the professional services team and delivery of the services they provide, identifying and developing our service offerings, working with product strategy and sales to enhance the service offerings, and ensuring the support team deliver a quality and efficient support service to customers and partners. I left this role in August 2016 to take parental leave.

St Leonards

In this role I was responsible for all operational aspects of the business for both the ERP and TEMS divisions of the business. This included managing technical consultants, support and 3rd party providers. In addition, responsible for budgeting/forecasting, reporting, departmental objectives, KPI's etc.

JCurve was a small start up business at this stage and as such, this was a very 'hands on' role. As Operations Manager I was responsible for all operational, financial and customer related aspects of the business.

Prima Health Solutions are a company in the health and well being space who provide weight management and health education services.This was a contract position that required me to a) improve their existing websites (writing copy, design concepts, working with developers etc) and b) review the market and new technologies in order to propose a new and fully integrated solution.

Blackglass were an online marketing agency specialising in digital strategy, creative and technical services. Being a small business, my role at Blackglass was quite varied and included managing staff, HR and operational requirements, businesses finances and accounts, client account management and online marketing.

SBA Music are a B2B music and hardware systems provider. In my role at SBA, I was responsible for all GM functions including management of staff/dept's, HR, finance, operations and marketing. In addition I managed a number of key client accounts (McDonalds, OPSM, Supre) and was also responsible for managing a number of internal projects including the R&D of automated internal production processes and several new client hardware systems and the development of SBA's website.
