In my short time in the work force, I have covered many milestones- and I do not intend to stop here! I have managed at fast food restaurants since I was 17, working my way up from the grunt positions of scrubbing dishes and serving food, to managing my own team of individuals in one of the top fast-food restaurants in the area. As I reached what I felt was a plateau in my fast-food career, at 19 years old, I set out to become something more and begin my career a bit early. I found my passion in the law and will continue to explore its mighty, ambiguous depths. With this, I acquired all the necessary skill sets that are required for above and beyond customer service; people skills, confidence, problem solving, quick critical thinking skills, and most of all- a winning attitude. My natural skills included a proficiency with computers of all types, utilizing databases, and knowledge of word processors- including Microsoft Office 2009 and newer and WordPerfect. My legal skill set is ever expanding! Currently, I am comfortable with Collection Master/CLS, Commercial Legal Software, editing legal shells and documents, dealing with the court systems, filing and e-filing paperwork, post-judgment collection action, and last but not least utilizing legal databases to perform needed research to adequately prepare cases. While my experience is limited at this time, I make up for it with an extreme can-do-attitude and an ability to adapt and learn in new situations.
