Dr. Hoff takes a whole-person approach to physical therapy, which means she looks at the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of each individual. She believes in God and strives to help her patients not only physically, but also spiritually. Dr. Hoff enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and interacting with nature. She is an animal lover and has two cats and two mastiffs (she has brought home several farm animals in the past and has been banned by her husband on future purchases until they have a farm). She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Loma Linda University in Southern California. She has also completed extensive post-graduate training in orthopedics and manual therapy. To earn the board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist designation, Dr. Hoff had to pass an intensive national examination that covered all aspects of orthopedic care. Her certification in orthopedic manual therapy was an 18-month long post-professional certification offered to physical therapists interested in expanding their ability to effectively evaluate and treat orthopedic conditions. She also holds a certification in dry needling from Myopain Seminars.
