As the lead of the Chicago facility, Alli helps to generate new business relationships and assist client teams with selling and delivering work through content development and the design and execution of workshop experiences that showcase Accenture's unique value propositions. She leads a team that supports these workshops, and manages the operations of the physical facility, which includes a showcase of technology vendors and innovative spaces for collaboration.

Facilitate the development of key thought leadership, assets and innovations within the Supply Chain Technology space. Work with leadership to set priorities for assets and capability development activities in alignment with business objectives. Develop and manage the creation and commercialization of new knowledge capital and tools. Conduct external research and collaborate internally to identify opportunities for development and prepare business cases. Serve as a content expert for and manage the development of learning programs to satisfy market needs. Develop regular communications to supply chain practitioners on market trends, client experiences and available assets. Manage practice and offshore resources throughout the offering lifecycle.
