Allison is a third generation Realtor with more than 15 years of experience specializing in the Arizona luxury home market with nationally and internationally affiliated real estate companies. Her degree in Communication, study in interior design and sales experience in high-end retail make her uniquely qualified to represent both buyers and sellers. In addition to her real estate business, Allison has incorporated design services and full renovations to better serve her clients.Combining her real estate experience and creative talents, she formed Homes by 1962 to provide a much needed product that would resonate with homebuyers desiring urban living in well-executed renovations of single family dwellings with a stylistic edge. She finds properties rich with potential for renovating into a style inspired by mid-century modern design elements - simplicity, efficient use of space and uncomplicated, organic aesthetics - and incorporates environmental features and technologies before resale. Working with a select team of design and construction professionals, she oversees a project from design concept through renovation completion and resale. In addition to Homes by 1962 she publishes a memoir chronicling life leading up to Homes by 1962 and the love story of finding the perfect home, loving it and eventually passing it on to a happy owner.
