Consultant at US Coast Guard HeadquartersSupported the U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters’ Information Management Directorate (CG-612). Reviewed Coast Guard and joint DoD policy directives throughout Coast Guard enterprise prior to their official release, validating their coordination with legal, public affairs, and collateral offices as appropriate. Also reviewed ALCOAST messages (immediate, critical communications to all field units in the Coast Guard) and prepared them for signature by Flag Officer/SES equivalent within 30 minutes of receipt. Maintained the Standard Distribution List, the authoritative database housing every Coast Guard entity’s mailing address and billing code, and documented standard operating procedures

Coordinated African partner organizations to strengthen relationships between women leaders, national governments, the African Union, and the European Union. Supported program management by developing project proposals, budget reports, and mission debriefs.
