MEDICAL SUPPORT SQUADRON SUPERINTENDENT Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst (2018-present)Member of the executive team, advises and assist key leaders on strategic planning, budget formation, business plan execution and coordinates wartime readiness for military personnel. Oversees the authorization of all administrative staff in the medical facility. Responsible for overall facility, ancillary services, $9 million dollar pharmacy medical program, $19 million dollar medical supply expense account, resource management facility budget, MEPRS, data quality, maintains all contingency and homeland readiness training, radiology and laboratory services for 68K enrolled beneficiaries, and Tricare administrative operations, to include all eligibility, referral, release of information, and insurance needs. Develops and maintains team building and upgrade training for 384 personnel.
