Leading the team that is responsible for on-boarding Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and System Integrators (SIs), and actively driving and delivering AWS Marketplace channel and distributor partner revenue for AWS's AMER region.

Led the AWS Marketplace Worldwide Channels multi-discipline team with roles spanning partner incubation, territory and national channel partner management, training and enablement, go to market programs, field incentives, professional services and public sector channel coverage. Team roles also included business development product management, given the tight partnership with AWS engineering teams. Responsible for all channel resell and professional services revenue generated by channel partners leveraging AWS Marketplace's software procurement platform, including national and regional resellers, distributors, cloud native partners, and regional and global system integrators. Responsibilities also included public speaking, PR/analyst activities, and cross-organizational collaboration with legal, finance, sales, proserve and marketing teams. Founding member of AWS Marketplace Ladies Leadership Board and co-founder of the AWS Marketplace and Amazon Partner Organization Inclusion Ambassador Chapters.

3rd hire on the newly formed AWS Marketplace Channel organization in 2016. Began working as an individual contributor, and was asked to create and lead a team to identify and onboard channel partners to adopt AWS Marketplace as an alternative to traditional procurement. Responsible for all onboarding, enablement, management and revenue for AMER channel partners. Partnered with AWS engineering and channel partners to co-create market leading features on AWS Marketplace, and identify new areas of expansion. Led the creation of net new roles on the team including professional services, public sector and channel-first ISV roles. Also responsible for public speaking, evangelism, cross-organizational collaboration, and co-creation of legal contracts.

Provided part-time channel consulting services for the creation of global partner programs, industry benchmark/assessments, MDF, channel satisfaction surveys, project and program management, cloud computing, go to market strategy, channel marketing and incentives. Clients included Hewlett Packard, Palo Alto Networks, Qlik Software, Kaspersky Lab, Cisco Systems, Riverbed, Liebert Systems and Harmonic Software.

Recruited and managed OEM partnerships with Dell, Toshiba, Acer and Gateway to ship WildTangent games on all Dell Dimension and Inspiron laptops and personal computers, Gateway/eMachines laptops and personal computers, Acer laptops and personal computers, and Toshiba laptops. Executed all contract negotiations for new OEM partnerships and renewals. Key contributor to WildTangent's expansion into EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. Online sales from the partnerships I managed accounted for more than 60% of WildTangent's annual revenue.

Spearheaded the creation, development, and management of global partnerships with EDS, IBM, Cisco Systems, Documentum, Plumtree Software, BEA Systems, Fujitsu Consulting, and Cap Gemini Ernst and Young. Expanded technology partnerships with Oracle Corporation, Hewlett Packard, and Sun Microsystems. Exceeded Saba quota by 150% in FY’01, and 175% in FY’02.

Member of team that secured $36MM contract from HP, exceeding FY’99 revenue objectives by 300%. Designed training and certification program for Oracle and HP reps, and enrolled over 100 partner representatives in the certification program. Worked with Oracle Consulting to develop and deliver bundled software/consulting solutions for Oracle ISV partners.
