•Drive engaging user experience in Gilbane branded Cornerstone platform.•Report and analyze people data coming from Cornerstone to encourage data-driven decisions related to employees, their experience, compliance, learning, skills, and their career.•Act as a technical expert for Gilbane on Cornerstone in all areas of the system and in large projects around compliance, performance reviews, talent review, and succession.•Build and maintain a strong vendor relationship with Cornerstone and engage in the client community.
