Sells, processes, and exchanges ticket orders both in person, online, and over the phone for South Carolina’s largest professional theatre company. Problem-solving guest or ticket issues in a time-efficient manner. Manages cash and card transactions as well as a cash report. Renews season memberships and packages. Provides in-person, email, and over-the-phone hospitality to our guests. Fills out a box office log after every show shift.
