Responsible for assisting management in organizing annual events, gathering complete and accurate information on partners and donors to be developed into a proficient Microsoft excel document, and work with clientele to improve company relations.

Responsible for ensuring employee processes are thorough and complete, including client intake processes, cold calls, membership sales and upgrades, and studio equity. Provide a detailed training process to employees on all studio procedures. Report feedback on studio and employees to district manager.

Responsible for performing membership sales and renewals, retail sales, cold calling, marketing products and promotions, and maintaining connections throughout the community.

Responsible for designing and publishing content and marketing schedules to meet and exceed target interactions. Develop promotional material to drive client intake and increase net member gain. Monitor KPIs and account engagement to reflect monthly increase in interactions.
