Since 2012, I have been providing project management expertise and coordination to government entities to increase tax base, create a vibrant place and improve quality of life. As a certified redevelopment professional, I have extensive experience working with and leading Community Redevelopment Agencies (CRAs), including the West Palm Beach CRA (2014-2021). I'm experienced in team leadership, redevelopment/economic development planning, incentive creation, public-private partnerships (P3), affordable housing creation, financing, coordination of land use regulations and special and capital project management. I helped lead one of the most successful downtown redevelopment projects with the Clematis Streetscape from 2018-2021 and have managed the funding and staff coordination for over $70MM in infrastructure projects. Other successes include the recruitment and implementation of the opening of Funky Buddha Brewery in Oakland Park, which has now become the largest craft brewery in Florida and catalyst for future redevelopment.
