I provide research and strategic advising for nonprofits working toward bridgebuilding, pluralism, and belonging across religious and ideological divides.

As a Senior Research Fellow I am investigating relationships between faith-based grantmakers and their grantees.

• With ED, grew the team from 6 full-time to 10 full-time employees, including bringing on a second Associate Director, and raised $1M.• Transformed Religion & Philanthropy Initiative, transforming a work stream lacking clear direction into one with well-defined goals to change philanthropic culture around religion, data to support its work, and an engaged set of program partners.• Iterated and improved on Powering Pluralism Network implementation while managing internal and external research initiatives, providing resources for nonprofits and thinkers working in religious pluralism, and the data and case-making materials necessary to galvanize philanthropic commitment for them.

• Led the team through the transition of Executive Director while keeping projects on track for completion.• Maintained development processes during transition.

• Collaboratively developed strategy for building religious pluralism.• Fully developed framework of religious pluralism as seven mutually supporting systems of work, and implemented the Powering Pluralism Network programming to promote real religious pluralism in society.• With ED, built the team from 4 part-time to 6 full-time staff and raised $3.5M.• Developed all internal operations systems from finance to project management, and managed all junior staff.

• Edited and project-managed Pluralism in Peril, a collection of essays about pluralism and its challenges in America today.• Designed and project-managed multiple private events to build community and move the needle toward true religious pluralism.• Developed initial prototype of framework of religious pluralism as system of seven mutually supportive fields.

• Provided a variety of logistical and process-oriented programmatic support for three multi-day onsite programs.• Managed CRM database.

• Redesigned scheduling, communication, and data management systems to improve all aspects of the President's office administration, allowing the executive to function more effectively.• Provided leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, andmanaged a variety of special projects for the President.• Built and improved systems for programmatic and event-related project-management.

Worked collaboratively with lead professors and the Director of Communications to ensure compliance with grant requirements of a 185K AAAS Dialogue on Science and Religion grant to the School of Theology and Religious Studies. Worked creatively to devise and implement new initiatives that carried out the mission of the grant.

Completely redesigned and customized the Center's Access database to provide data analysis solutions and increased efficiency of day-to-day processes. Worked with students and tutors to establish and maintain positive relationships between them and with the Center.
