While manageing 8 to 15 employees at once, I am responsible for the overall look and feel of the store. Making sure planograms are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Also all prices throughout the store are correct so there is no customer dissatisfaction. Clean and bright of the store as well as cleanliness. Downstocking of all products and put in proper location with correct pricing. Time managing truck process making sure it hits door to floor within 24 hours of arriving.When needed I help out with Back Office. This position handles counting all cash drawers that were pulled from the night before and balancing them to have the correct amount to start the new business day. Creating and receiving cash and check deposits to and from the bank while entering it in our system in order to keep track of all cash deposits.

During my time as a sales associate with Best Buy I was responsible for hitting sales goals based off of the business needs for the day and month. I worked closely with other employees to make sure we were all working together to create a successful business. Handled cash transactions as well as debit and credit.Along with hitting goals I was responsible for the clean and bright of the department, organization or product and functionality of the displays.

Promoted the restaurant around the community by doing bread runs, while also cordinating contests for local businesses to help them as well as Texas Roadhouse. Worked with community baseball teams to help build fundraiser for the organization.Weekly phone meetings with district to track progress of our restaurant as well as others in the market. Talk about new goals and upcoming evens while sharing ideas to have more activities to do.Responsible for tracking profits that were made during each contest, as well as the overall spend vs what was gained by doing all types or marketing.

Server managing 3 - 4 tables at a time with parties of all sizes. Handles my own cash and responsible for any shortages. Cashing out at the end of night to the restaurant. At times manages over 20 employees to make sure all closing duties were done properly and effectively for a smooth next day open.
