Guided return to work thought process and strategies for corporate offices, reimagining how teams connect across multiple locations. Ushered in new company traditions rooted in company core values, right-sized for a hybrid work population.Designed, built, and opened new HQ location. Led real estate search and lease negotiation process, defining and identifying search criteria based on headcount projections and business needs. Developed design plan and project timeline with architect and procurement teams, incorporating learnings from employee focus groups to influence workplace strategy and space allocation. Executed full design and remodel of second HQ location. Expanded existing office space, infused brand elements and company assets, and added employee-centric amenities such as fitting rooms and a meditation room. Led project from inception to occupancy, including identifying target city, running RFP process for third-party vendors, and managing construction end-to-end. Navigated local governance pertaining to approvals and renovation constraints resulting from property’s historic building status.

Supported executive organizations throughout the launch of RTR’s subscription model, expansion into new categories such as home goods and kids’ attire, and other external partnerships. Promoted from EA to COO & CTO to Manager of Business + Tech Operations after one year.Assembled and managed a cross-functional team to design, install, and operate drop-off boxes at WeWork locations, formerly comprising a nationwide network essential to RTR's customer experience. Worked across technical departments to build, ship, and test scanning technology to facilitate and track customer drop-offs. Established best practices for new transportation partners to ensure successful expansion of reverse logistics operations. Pitched geographic expansion opportunities to leadership team.
