Completed 3-month interval travel nurse contracts on the units of: Covid unit, Med-Surg, and PCU/Step-down as a RN. Trustaff enabled me to continue my growth as a nurse and supported me while I attended school to further my education. Here, I was able to work crisis contracts during the Coronavirus pandemic which further broadened my knowledge, flexibility, and ability to adapt under unexpected circumstances at a fast, innovative pace.

Completed 3-month interval travel nurse contracts on the floors both inpatient and outpatient: LTAC, TBI/SCI rehab, general rehab, and MS-nurse navigator at a neurology OP clinic as a RN. At Gateway Alliance, I began local-travel nursing and developed more versatility as I explored different avenues and areas of the healthcare field.

Transitioned from student to nurse professional role through effective communication, engagement in educational opportunities, and practice of assessment skills and clinical judgement. Worked as a team member in patient care flow through formulation/application of holistic measurements.

Accommodated to ambulatory care related to post-surgical/procedural state per protocol on the cardiac unit. Assisted with activities of daily living.

Provided therapeutic support and enabled an environment for children to empower themselves to utilize coping mechanisms for daily stresses. Assisted with activities of daily living.
