Digitized archival images using Google Tesseract OCR and Python natural language processing tools. Constructed a geolocator of Colombian places to geocode and spatially visualize the newspaper locations. Engineered the data to visualize relevant variables for spatial trend analysis.

After months of training and preparation in patient care, I spent six months in two different hospitals, working in both the Med/Surg/Tele and Neurological Progressive Care units. I was responsible for monitoring and assisting older, at-risk patients with basic care needs. Often, this involved me comforting patients with dementia and/or post-surgical confusion and looking out for their safety.
