I have represented a wide variety of companies ranging from start-ups and emerging growth companies to Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, venture capital firms and more. I have also been involved in billions of dollars of merger and acquisition transactions, representing both sellers and purchasers. Representative transactions include: the sale of Atheros to Qualcomm, the sale of Inphi to Marvel, the combination of SYNNEX and TechData, the sale of Barefoot Networks to Intel, the sale of Robin Systems to Rakuten, the sale of Cloud.com to Citrix, the sale of WebEx to Cisco; tand numerous other mergers.
