 Responsible for the creation of leadership and mentoring program content for the Peer Assistance Leadership and Service (PALS) for the District; Oversaw end-to-end program management and execution for 4 Elementary Schools and 2 Middle Schools within the Leander Independent School District to support mentorship goals  Built strong relationships with strategic education partners to expand program to reach middle school and elementary students. Stood up a tailored mentorship program with the special needs community on campus reaching 30 students our first year.  Hired, trained, coached and performance managed a team of 60 High School Juniors and Seniors through the PALS program aimed to equip students with consistent connection and communication skills  Fostered an environment of inclusion where students feel valued, challenged and recognized for their achievements
