Partner Organization: Serving People with a Mission (SPM)- Designed an effective and efficient data collection system through which SPM can track number and type of donations received, who is donating, and who is receiving their donations easily using Google Forms and Sheets. Then designed an integrated inventory system to track total donations received and current inventory.- Developed system to calculate environmental impact of diverting the clothing that SPM receives as donations from the landfill using Google Sheets to integrate the calculations with their inventory system.

Engaged with landlords and community-based resources to find available housing and create partnerships; recruited new volunteers through weekly active outreach and assisted in training new community volunteers; documented weekly case conferences and updated the program's database; designed two 1-hour workshops about healthy relationships and drug and alcohol use using theories of harm reduction

Assist 400-1600 visitors per day upon entry to the aquarium or over the phone; ensure that COVID-19 protocol is followed to ensure the safety of guests; sell tickets and memberships to guests, and reschedule and refund ticket reservations

As Co-Head of Finance, I was responsible for: - Managing finances and legal by filing taxes, bookkeeping, and budgeting- Securing grant money to cover both operational costs and larger goals, including updating technology and improving visibility on campus; acquired four grants since taking on the role of Co-head of Finance in fall of 2020; provided 230 students with a free meal and raised over $600 in donations for our mutual aid fund in one day through an “All You Care To Eat” event, the costs of which were completely covered by a grant- Ensuring day to day operational tasks are completed, such as cleaning the space, and assist customers while on shift

As a research assistant, I conducted and summarized relevant background research, and I analyzed data using R and created visuals to convey the results. I provided background research for a thesis surrounding the evolution of political values and analyzed survey data collected for this research. I also conducted data analysis for a program evaluation of a local homelessness program.

As a Triton Health Ambassador, I worked on campus to ensure that COVID-19 regulations, like mask wearing and social distancing, are being followed. I also assisted in distributing and collecting Covid-19 tests for UCSD students, and ensured that COVID-19 PCR test vending machines were operating properly and provided tech support to those experiencing issues with the machines or the UCSD app.

I assisted with various methods of voter outreach, specifically voter identification through phone and text banking. I also assisted with Get Out The Vote through phone-banking and writing postcards to registered voters.

As a fundraising intern for ONETrack International, I was in charge of creating, planning, and executing a fundraising event for the organization. I helped to plan a trivia night, and I independently organized a virtual Read-A-Thon event. I independently fundraised over $380. To do this, I ran an Instagram page to promote the organization using infographics I designed with Canva

As an administrative assistant, I filed patient information, updated forms, prepared route slips for the doctors, and other tasks that were needed in the office. I also frequently designed advertisements for the company using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
