Completed projects to fulfill foodservice management ACEND competencies. Created a training manual for the nourishment aide position as well as training in three employees in that position. Presented all completed projects to the Nutrition Services management team at St. Mary's Medical Center.

Utilized both professional and communication skills to interact with coworkers and golfers to provide golfers with excellent customer service. Used computer and telephone skills and etiquette to schedule and check in tee times for golfers.
