As a multisite operations leader for community-based businesses, I excel in developing and managing game-changing strategies to drive major growth or turnaround initiatives. Through cross-enterprise leadership, I successfully tackled complex issues on multiple fronts and navigated through uncharted territories across business, political, and community groups. I achieved groundbreaking milestones, overcoming a myriad of social, political, and economic challenges. I led the complex redevelopment of a former dormitory into a high-end, fully licensed residential care facility for the elderly. Spearheading this redevelopment entailed a multimillion-dollar settlement, seismic retrofit of the building, from entitlements to political involvement, onsite construction oversight and crisis management, including all media engagements as the public face of this high-profile project. Earlier, I opened the first for-profit building for a non-profit organization and structured a team of executive leaders to open and operate the building at 100% capacity, with a waiting list in the first year, leading to the development of a new property. I am known for my energizing leadership in tackling complex issues on multiple fronts to catalyze positive change. With a distinctive ability to rouse buy-in and action, I have built and rallied high-functioning management teams of regional support to execute on strategy and achieve aggressive business goals.
