Having first-hand experience performing in Canadian Theatre and Film/Television, I use my knowledge to help inspire creativity and confidence in teaching up-and-coming performers. My workshops are for beginners through professionals as a way to connect through movement to achieve a mind-body experience, learn the power of storytelling, and learn how to communicate messages. Additionally, I created FlyBy Theatre to educate aspiring performers and allow novice artists to create live theatre in a collaborative, creative environment. I continue my work as a theatre performer and director/choreographer as a current company member of the Shaw Festival's 2023 season.I have a Master of Fine Arts in Choreography and earned a Diploma in MusicalTheatre Performance from Sheridan College, and I have completed numerous Certificate Programs. I amaffiliated with the Canadian Actors Equity Association and the Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television & Radio Artists.
