• Maintains accurate and complete patient medical records, records pertinent routine information, files reports/test results, follows up on missing records/reports with appropriate parties, assembles medical records for patient discharge or transfer, and ensures that only authorized persons have access to them.• Acts as unit receptionist for hospital personnel, patients and visitors.
