-Support the Retail Practice in development of assignment search strategy and candidate identification-Utilize company databases and tools to research talent for searches for notable companies such as Ross Stores and The Children’s Place -Generate names for roles with functions such as Marketing, Human Resources, Compliance, and Controller-Observe strategy meetings with clients to discuss progress, as well as internal strategy discussions-Investigate current trends in relevant retail, business and news information by creating weekly industry reports on that week’s top news to be used for DHR’s LinkedIn and Twitter pages-Assist in the creation of a SharePoint for the retail team by crafting, updating or organizing relevant resources

-Assisted human resources with the recruiting process for the Associate Launch Program for new hires-Assessed various resumes and conducted preliminary phone interviews with candidates-Managed the scheduling and planning of the logistics of the program, including scheduling speakers and arranging the event-Served as the point of contact for new hires to assist them through the process
