Line Managing 3 administration staff, ordering supplies, liaising with Depot Manager to ensure all orders, collections, deliveries are dealt with promptly. Use of Sage – producing orders, invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, allocation of payments, petty cash. HR admin – logging staff absences and holidays. General admin, filing.

Belfairs was a very fast-paced position with no two days ever the same. The ability to multi-task and prioritise were essential to my role. I was the ‘go-to’ person.My main responsibilities were:First point of contact for staff absences and arranging necessary cover. Process leave applications, keep personnel records up to date and liaise with the HR Department when necessary. Diary management, answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence. Typing, preparing and collating reports. Filing. Implementing new procedures and administrative systems. Distribution of work among admin staff.Produce and implement all rotas.Budget holder for Administration, including ordering and maintaining stationery levels, office equipment and mobile phones.Responsibility for all room and equipment bookings including liaising with technicians, and ensuring meeting rooms are set up correctlyEvent management including team building events, dinner/dances and Royal Ascot.
