As a seasoned leader and mentor, I specialize in guiding students with learning challenges to succeed in higher education.My leadership style revolves around fostering a supportive environment, both for my team and for students from diverse backgrounds. I am dedicated to creating a collaborative working atmosphere where all individuals feel empowered to pursue their educational aspirations.In the classroom, my focus is on facilitating comprehensive learning experiences that go beyond mere comprehension of course material. I prioritize in working with students not only on their academic skills, but on learning strategies to enhance their executive functioning skills. Being able to assist college students with learning challenges succeed in their educational pursuits brings a strong purpose and meaning to my life. As a student, I struggled with connecting ideas and anxiety.
