Administers and helps develop promotion of the rideshare/vanpool program and helps interested commuters form new vanpools and other ridesharing options. The position provides friendly, knowledgeable customer service via phone and email with prospective and new vanpool members, technical database/query support and development of the RideshareOnline.com “matchmaking” system, and administrative, content, and technical support for multiple incentive programs, rideshare promotional strategies, tools and services, and customer communications. Help test and employ new technologies for public education and outreach. Support and help develop improvements/updates and pilot projects for rideshare programs and tools

Works with over 150 companies on Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) compliance and programmatic elements. Plans and produces and oversees various events for employers, property managers and commuters. Responsible for deliverables and reporting of City and County service contracts. Responsible for data integrity ETC contacts and CTR survey and program data. Day to day communication with ETCs on various transportation related questions. Coordination and communication with various private and public partners and stakeholders. Manages budgets for Commute Seattle’s CTR and ORCA Passport programs.
