The position provides friendly, knowledgeable customer service via phone and email with prospective and new vanpool members, technical database/query support and development of the RideshareOnline.com.

Works with over 150 companies on Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) compliance and programmatic elements. Plans and produces and oversees various events for employers, property managers and commuters. Responsible for deliverables and reporting of City and County service contracts. Responsible for data integrity ETC contacts and CTR survey and program data. Day.

• Responsible for prospecting, consulting and closing sales of annual ORCA transit pass programs for companies in downtown Seattle
